Made-to-order, made with love.
Every tee is embroidered and printed just for you after you order, so we handle returns a little differently than big-box stores.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item?
We've got you. If your order arrives flawed or we sent the wrong item/size, email us at support@tirvona.store within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or full refund — no need to ship anything back.
Changed your mind / ordered the wrong size?
Because items are made to order, we can't accept returns for buyer's-remorse or sizing mistakes. Please double-check our size chart (on every product page) before ordering. If you contact us within 2 hours of ordering, we'll do our best to change or cancel before production starts.
How refunds work
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll get an email once it's processed.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards and final-sale/clearance items.
